Privacy Policy
This policy explains the limited information handled by the current MomyLand prototype, what stays in your browser, and how future production data practices must be disclosed.
Effective June 11, 2026
Pre-incorporation and prototype notice
MomyLand is currently a pre-incorporation startup project, not a registered company. Until a legal entity is formed and identified in this policy, references to “MomyLand,” “we,” or “us” mean the individual founder operating the project. The current site is a demonstration prototype and is not a production health, account, payment, or consultation service.
1. Scope
This policy applies to the MomyLand website and prototype features that link to it. It does not apply to third-party websites, professionals, payment services, or other products that may later be linked or integrated.
2. Information handled by the current prototype
The prototype may handle the following information on your device:
- Registration form data: name, email, and password fields are handled temporarily in browser memory for the demonstration. They are not sent to a MomyLand account backend. Do not enter a password that you use anywhere else.
- Local profile data:the displayed name and onboarding choices, including wellness goals, emotional state, lifestyle, and interests, may be saved in your browser's local storage.
- AI demonstration content: messages entered in the dashboard assistant may be saved in session storage for the current browser session. Landing-page check-in messages remain in page memory and clear when the page reloads.
- Profile preview: a selected profile image is displayed locally through a temporary browser URL and is not uploaded by the current prototype.
- Doctor applications:applicants may provide legal identity and contact details, date of birth, address, education, employment, specialty, license details, biography, and identity or credential documents. In the current prototype, these records and files are stored in this browser's IndexedDB so the browser-local admin demonstration can review them.
- Doctor workspace data:the prototype may store patient contact names, email addresses, support-area labels, non-urgent messages, consultation schedules, professional profile settings, courses, and workshops in the browser's local storage. The workspace intentionally excludes production medical records, diagnoses, prescriptions, test results, and clinical file exchange.
- Technical data: if the site is deployed, the hosting provider may automatically process standard request data such as IP address, browser type, timestamps, requested pages, and security logs.
Browser features, password managers, and hosting providers may retain information according to their own settings and policies.
3. Sensitive wellness and consumer health data
Emotional-state answers, pregnancy or postpartum interests, mental-wellness messages, and inferences drawn from them may be considered sensitive or consumer health data under some laws. In the current prototype, this content is intended to stay in browser storage or page memory as described above.
Do not enter medical records, diagnoses, medication details, information about a child, or information you would not want stored on the device you are using. See the separate Consumer Health Data Privacy Notice.
4. How information is used
Information is used only to operate the requested prototype experience, including to:
- display a name and personalized dashboard;
- recommend demonstration content based on onboarding choices;
- maintain the current assistant session in the browser;
- review doctor applications, verify credentials, prevent fraud, and prepare approved accounts;
- demonstrate doctor-patient communication, scheduling, and educational content management;
- protect, debug, and maintain the site; and
- respond to privacy, legal, or support requests.
MomyLand does not currently use this information for advertising, data brokerage, eligibility decisions, or automated decisions with legal or similarly significant effects.
6. Cookies, analytics, and browser storage
The current code does not include advertising cookies, Meta pixels, or Google Analytics. It does use local storage and session storage for the prototype functions described above. Future analytics, authentication, payments, or marketing tools must not be enabled until this policy and any required consent controls are updated.
7. Retention and deletion
Local-storage data remains on the device until you clear the site's browser data. Session-storage data normally clears when the browser session ends. Page-memory content clears when the page reloads or closes. Browser-local doctor applications and proof files remain in IndexedDB until an administrator deletes them or the browser's site data is cleared. Doctor workspace messages, schedules, profile settings, courses, and workshops remain in local storage until removed through the product or browser settings. Hosting and security logs, if any, are controlled by the deployment provider and should be retained only as long as reasonably needed for security and operations.
8. Security
We aim to use reasonable safeguards appropriate to the information and stage of the project. No website, browser storage, or transmission method can be guaranteed completely secure. The prototype is not represented as end-to-end encrypted, anonymous, or HIPAA compliant.
9. HIPAA and medical records
MomyLand is not currently a health plan, health-care clearinghouse, covered health-care provider, or business associate, and the prototype is not offered as a HIPAA-regulated service. Information entered here should not be treated as a protected medical record. If MomyLand later works for a HIPAA-covered organization, separate contracts, safeguards, and notices may apply.
10. Your choices and privacy rights
You can clear browser-stored prototype data through your browser settings. Depending on where you live, you may also have rights to request access, correction, deletion, portability, restriction, withdrawal of consent, or an appeal of a denied request. You may exercise an applicable right by emailing support@momyland.com. We may need to verify your request and cannot retrieve data that never left your device.
11. Age restriction
MomyLand is intended only for adults aged 18 or older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a minor has provided information to us, contact us so we can take appropriate action.
12. International use
Privacy requirements vary by location. A production launch into a country or state may require additional notices, consent, registration, representatives, contracts, or product controls. The prototype should not be treated as available in every jurisdiction merely because the website can be viewed there.
13. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy as the product, operator, vendors, or law changes. Material changes should be presented before new data practices begin. The effective date at the top identifies the current version.
14. Contact
Privacy questions or requests may be sent to support@momyland.com. Before commercial launch, this section must be updated with the operator's legal name and a valid service address.
